Monday, Monday, Monday. I woke up to my alarm at 5:40 and fell back asleep to silence at 5:41, no gym in the AM. No showering either, I REALLY hate showering and getting ready. Can't I just wake up with clean, blow dryed, straightened hair and a few swipes of mascara? Instead it's SUCHA process, sooooo I just rocked a greasier version of my hair the day before, it was REALLY attractive.
Next I attractively ate THIS at work:
Heaping 1/3 cup of oats, 3/4 Nanner, 1 Tbsp Almond Butter, Cinnamon, Tsp Maca Powder and a few splashes of Almond Milk. To die for as usual.
Do you want to know something about me? Yeah I didn't think so, but i'm going to tell you anyway. I'm a quiter. I get easily bored and have a short attention span. I don't try to fight it, I embrace it. I'll quit anything including Puppy Training and Salad Challenges. Why keep doing something that you don't want to do? That's a rhetorical question.
This lunch included a new player, LENTILS. Spiralized Zucchini, Sauteed Spinach, 1 Cup of Lentils, Tsp Olive Oil, few splashes of Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper.
1/2 Cup of Lentils has 8 grams of protein and umm I can't remember but it's either 4 or 8 grams of fibre. That makes the 1 cup I put in my "pasta" 16 grams of protein and 8 or 16 grams of fibre. Those are some stellar stats my friends.
When I got home from work I had Cake Batter
1/2 Scoop Muscle Food, 1 Tbsp Water, 1 Tsp PB and CinnaNOM.
After my snack I decided to meet my girlfriend at the gym for 5:30 Ride Class. I was going to go with my Man and work out on my own because he said he wasn't going for long. However, after comparing his "not going for long" and my "going for long" and realizing they didn't match up, I had to take myself. His "not very long" was WAY TOO LONG. It was better this way because Ride kicked my butt. I walked in with straight hair and left with curly.
When I got home my Man and I were both ready for some Suppa.

For our main course my Man fired up the BBQ and we had Salmon Burgers, you can just call him Bobby Flay.
Salmon Burger, Brussel Sprouts dipped in ketchup(microved for 3 minutes then thrown in the oven at 400 for 10), Assorted Mushrooms sauteed in Soy Sauce. I found this great pack of mushrooms that included white, portobello, oyster and shiitake. I love mushrooms and each mushroom has a totally different texture and it's own taste. NOM.
Salmon Burger in an Ezekiel English Muffin (he's lucky there was any left) and Sweet Taters.
After Suppa my Man and I hit up Walmart so he could buy Digestive Enzymes. We left with Digestive Enzymes, Puppy Treats, a new Puppy Bed, Tea, Easter Chocolates, and Tums. This is the very reason why I avoid the mall, no restraint.
Bailey's New Bed
We needed this because right after supper Bailey got sick in her other one. Obviously we'd rather buy a new bed than clean the old one. Come on now.
I tried a new snack before bed. Mel and I have VERY similar taste in clothes and food and she REALLY loves greek yogurt. She also told me that she mixes in Muscle Food. SO since I trust her with my life, I trusted her with my Snack..
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt, 1/2 Scoop Muscle Food, Lotsa Cinnamon and 1 Tbsp PB. This was so much protein I could practically feel my muscles getting bigger while I ate it. Flavor? LOVED it.
I ate it in bed while catching up with Kimmy K in Van. Since I live the life of a 40 year old woman I like to live vicariously through her. Her entertaining stories kept me up until quarter to TWELVE. That's LATE for a 40 year old.
I randomly woke up 2AM and randomly ate 1/2 a piece of Pumpernickle Bread with PB. Or is that random?
I also dipped my fingers in the Almond Butter and Cashew Butter, yup I did.
