
You'd think I was endorsing this CleanseSMART stuff. I'm not. I don't even believe it's actually going to do anything. However, it's all natural and my Man wants to try it so I figure why not. I know what you're thinking.. If my Man jumps off a bridge would I? No, but I might climb down a little lower and then jump.
Next on the menu, a BREAKFAST COOKIE

And a side of Carrie Underwood. Love her. In the cookie was 1/3 Cup Oats, 1 Tbsp Almond Butter, Cinnamon, 1 Tsp Maca Powder, 1/2 Smashed Banana and a few splashes of Almond Milk.
I spent the rest of the morning working and thinking about how I wouldn't be able to have a snack before bed. Or any night for the next 30 days. What? I'm just being honest. Eventually my thoughts moved to Kim and the fact that she's coming to visit this week. Manicures and lunch on Friday!! I can't wait. Speaking of...
LUNCH

Spiralized Zucchini, 1/2 Cup TVP, 1/4 Cup Red Pepper Hummus annnnd SALT. It's okay I take the knowledge of my abnormally low blood pressure as the green light for massive salt consumption.

After work I hit up the gym for 45 minutes on the elliptical and a quick session on the leg press machine. I was going to go to Step with my Sister but in all honesty I still haven’t recovered from Saturday night. Bouncing around in a Step Class setting would have been too much. I still feel like a few Martini’s would be sloshing around in there. Gross. On the bright side I got to watch TMZ while ellipticalling (should be a word).
When I got home from the gym I tried to push my supper till 7:00, I figured this was the latest possible time I could eat and still take the pills 3 hours AFTER food and before falling asleep. After semi cleaning the kitchen aka emptying the dishwasher I still had time to kill so I made my breakfast cookie. Typically I like making this before bed so I can eat spoonfuls of nut butter and banana, however, now that’s not an option. Instead of giving up the taste testing I just did a little rearranging in my schedule.

Kale Chips loaded up with Pumpkin Chickpeas. I LOVE this combo. I made the Kale Chips as usual, sprinkled them with Salt, Nutritional Yeast, and then popped them in the oven at 400 degrees until they were crispy. For the chickpeas I tossed them in a pan with a few spoonfuls of pumpkin, cinnamon and salt, and fried them up.
I took this plate upstairs with me to watch 90210 and Hellcats. Obviously it only lasted for the first 5 minutes of 90210. Did anyone else watch it? I may or may not have replayed the fightfighter dance a few times. Like three or four.. Since my Man had hockey last night I pretty much layed in bed watching TV ALL night. That was until I had to get up and take my cleanse pills. I popped one back and waited for something sketchy to happen. Nothing. I fell alseep at about 10:00 until about 2:00 AM, which is when I woke up DYING to eat something. Shocking. I figured a few spoonfuls of RAW Almond Butter would be okay?! I made the executive decision, yes.
