Yesterday morning I decided to try something new for breakfast. SO I mixed a single serving of Vega Vanilla Chai Whole Food Health Optimizer with 1/3 cup of oatbran and 1/3 Cup of Almond Milk. Instead of cooking it I put it in the fridge over night. You can read ALL about this Vega stuff here.
Now doesn't THAT look appealing?

Thankfully it tasted a lot better than it looked. I probably would have had it for breakfast today too had someone drove over to my house and given me more Vega Vanilla Chai. BUT they didn't.
For lunch I decided to rid the fridge of the stanky Cauliflower. This time I boiled it in a pot of water. Cooked Cauliflower is WAY better.
Heaping bowl of pretend mashed Potatoes...

Which I ate heap by heap with KETCHUP.. You can judge.. I would..

And a side of SOCCA...

I've been making my Socca with a TON of Italian spices, 1/4 cup of Chickpea Flour, 1/4 Cup of water and 1/4 cup of Nutritional Yeast. Mmm Hmm...
Lunch Dessert

After work I made more BROWNIES..

That would be batch number... Not sure..
And then my Man and I went and saw Battle: LA..

I went to this movie thinking that I was going to be bored and not like it. Guns, Aliens, Army, pass me a vodka. BUT I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually pretty good. I don't recommend grabbing coffee, one of your girlfriends and heading to this movie, but you could definitely score points by offering to go with your man. Make sure and say something like this though, "Do you want to go to Battle: LA? It's not my thing at ALL, but I think you'll really like it." Then next week when you ask him to go see Paul remind him of how you always go to movies for HIM.
