Grub

So I know I said that Wednesdays were now going to be Wedding Wednesdays but let's be honest, I'm not going to start planning mine until someone lights a fire under my butt. SO until then.. I'm talking about my favorite thing, FOOD.

Want to see what I ate yesterday? Okay I'll tell you.

Breakfast

He's smiling because he thinks that jar of chocolate goodness is a gift. Jokes on him. It's mine.

The Mix

One Serving of Oat Bran (and water), Half a package of Light Silken Tofu, 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder and Vanilla Stevia. First cook the Oat Bran and once there's only a little water left stir in the Tofu, Cocoa and sweeten with a few drops of Stevia. Or a bigillion if you're me.

Now I know what you're thinking.. "Gross" or "I don't even like Tofu" or "what were you smoking when you combined those two things?", BUT you need to quiet those voices. Listen to this one. Eat. This. Tomorrow. Cook it and put it in the fridge over night if you like your breakfast cold and thick. Cook it and eat it right away if you like it hot and runny.

I also snacked on some Costco Almonds to hold me over until...

Lunch

Sloppiness aside this lunch was REALLY good. I took an Ezekiel Wrap, layered on the organic Pizza Sauce, Yves Pepperoni Slices, sauteed Mushrooms, Broccoli and topped it all off with Humnut Sauce (1 Tbsp Hummus, 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast, 2 Tbsp Water).

Suppa

Bnut Squash Fries. A little time apart and now feel exactly the same way about them as I did in the beginning. Love. And that would be more Humnut Sauce with a side of Ketchup. I ate these in bed since I was battling a headache/migraine last night while watching hockey. When I say watching I mean I was trying to mind fudge my Man into changing the channel.

Annnnd somethings never change...

They did get bigger though. Lately i've been late night dipping into this mother of a PB (and an unpictured jar of Almond Butter but who's keeping track). The only thing I find disturbing about this Costco sized PB is the dent that I've put in it in a matter of days. It should also be known that I once told a few of my girlfriends that I was Peanut Butter connoisseur and that my palate could never adjust to the Kirkland Brand. I was wrong. I was giving my self too much credit while similtaneously dismissing my addiction to Peanut Butter.

Doing good! hahaha now just get that guest list under control and you'll be set for a couple more months! ahahaha also so glad you came around to the Costco Kirkland PB!!! 2. Ohhh, you can adjust to any brand of peanut butter if you give yourself enough time. But wouldn't it be AMAZING if the PB & Co jars were that size?!

I've been wanting to try that pepperoni for a while... is it good or REALLY GOOD?
