The Goods

On my way home from work Monday I forgot to tell you guys I picked up some treats!!

New Bar Flavors.. VERY exciting..


Cinnamon Raisin.. Classic..



I don't know if there's ever a good time to eat 15 grams of fibre but i'll find out for sure. Note the price stickers - apparently 15 grams of fibre cost 1 cent more.


Interesting looking nuts with pretty solid nutrional info. I figure i could dream up some combos with these.


TEMPEH. I've been wanting to try this stuff. Why? for my HUGE MUSCLES. It falls inline with my semi-vegetarianism and has 17 grams of Muscle Food too.


Cashew Butter. I don't discriminate. Damn my ancient camera, this is blurry. I wish i could take a picture of my own camera. I'm on a budge yo. I sampled this and the nuts on the drive home. Obviously.

Yesterdays Recap

AM gym session again! 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer and then some ARMS. I did free weights and since I was on a time crunch i did 12 reps, 3 sets of 2 exercises for each of these muscles.. Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders. Things were burnin..

Got to work and had THIS... Duh..


1/3 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 smashed banana, somewhere around 1/8 of cup almond milk (i free pour), cinnamon, maca powder and AGAVE on top. All mixed the night before and kept in the fridge over night.

1/3 cup nuts, 1 crumbled Amy's Veggie burger, half an orange on a bed of weeds.

Tilt head sideways. Ugh my computer is giving me the finger and posting this sideways. These are AHmazing!!! This was my first time trying them and i love em. You keep them frozen, toss one in the nutrient zapper (microwave)for 60 seconds and YUM.

I got home from work and had a re-do of the Light Silken Tofu. This time no PB AND i cleaned the Magic bullet aka destroyed the evidence.




I was hungry but still hadn't decided what i was making for supper yet. Things started to get weird.

FINALLY Suppa

1 Zucchini, 1/2 a package of Tempeh. You know i dipped it all in Ketchup. Mmm hmm..

This was the first time i frienized. I know that's a fake word. They shriveled down to nothing and I immediately regreted telling my man i was making him some too. Verdict? They are no bnut fries. Tempeh? Umm i didn't love it but i liked it. There's potential for a relationship to grow, they just need to put in a little more effort is all.

Once i was done i realized i should have shown you my romantic dinner with myself.



I headed to Walmart and as per usual opted out of a cart. It always seems like i'd rather carry 10 things, drop them 4 times and make a scene rather than push a cart. I worked up an appetite (LIE) and thought i deserved THIS:

1/2 banana smashed, sprinkled with cinnamon and nuked for 30 seconds, 1 tbsp PB, Ezekiel Tortilla = DESSERT QUESADILLA

I took my puppy, my dessert Q and to be to watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta!!

Last but not least.. My man got home from a movie and wings (without me, can you believe it? HA) around 11:30 and so i clearly went straight for the Kitch and had a slice of PNickle bread with more PB.

Since i don't always have a pic i thought i'd take one. At this hour i'm usually trying to be sneaky and a flash would blow my cover. Plus my camera's a piece and it has trouble seeing in the dark.
