I scarfed this down because it was 8:40, Ride was at 9:30 and my sister wanted me to meet her for arms for first. It would have made more sense to just eat it after the gym, but I’m not one for reason so I shoveled it at lighting speed. Did I enjoy it? I don’t know it all happened so fast.
I got to the gym and did one machine each for back and bicep, then did two machines each for triceps and chest. Walked in JUST in time for ride and rode my heart out, by heart I mean the heart shaped breakfast I had eaten 30 minutes before. I was THIS close to tossing my cookie. Once things settled I proceeded to do some free weights. I did one exercise for biceps, one for my bootie annnnnd one more for tri’s. I added the last one in because I feel like I do the tri machines wrong, in turn, only working my elbows.
Got home and had THIS:

Forgoing a shower (YES), I got my bake on and whipped up a new creation. I made it up as I went along…
1 cup Kashi Rice Puffs
¼ Cup Bran
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Egg Whites
¼ cup Date crumbles
Mix it all together.

Divide the mixture into a muffin pan or little muffin holders like THESE:

The mixture is a little crumbly so this holds it together.
Cook at 350 for around 20 minutes.
And Voila!

I ate one. The egg comes from the mistreated chicken I feel bad for, but the mixture needed something to hold it together and I didn’t know what else to use. Like I said I live by no food rules so emotions aside I will eat these and I will probably top them with more PB when I do. I will however, try to force feed them to my man so he gets most of them first.
Lunch was FISH & CHIPS

Hit me with the ketchup! Healthy fish sticks and Kale Chips (nutritional yeast, olive oil spray, salt and cook at 350 till crispy)
I lured Mel over in the afternoon with promises of watching The Real Housewives of the OC on the big screen and then trapped her in the basement and bombarded her with my problems.
I toyed with the idea of holding her for ransom but decided to set her free and have a snack instead:

Smart Bran, Kashi Rice Puffs, Sliced Banana, 1 tbsp Peanut Butter annnnd some GREEK yogurt. This was my first time trying Greek yogurt and I discovered that it’s not for me. I’ve never been a fan of sour cream and that is exactly what it tastes like.
This is the Greek Yogurt

I only tried it because SHE loves it

MEL (I had too many drinks prior to this picture and in turn loaded on the lipstick until it was an unflattering 7 shades too pale, pretty, no?)
Annnnnd here we are in Mexico

We learned lots of things about various drinks and foods on this trip, like never pair seafood medley salad with copious amounts of Tequila. Seafood Medley Salad is only good once my friends.
Since that snack didn’t leave me totally satisfied I had this too:

Fid and Almond Butter
I had to run to Old Fashion Foods which is RIGHT beside my Man's work, so I dropped him off a LATE (like almost supper) lunch. I also took him some of those cookie things. I wasn't about to take them there naked so I dressed em up a little:

Pervert
When my Man got home from work we lounged around for a while trying to come up with a game plan for the rest of the night. We knew 6 things.. 1. We wanted to watch a movie 2. We wanted to make Seitan Sausage (my Man wanted to make it with “LOTS” of spices) 4. We needed to buy a steamer 5. We needed to go to Blockbuster 6. We didn’t want to do number 4 or 5.
Luckily, we remembered that the NEW Walmart was open and this got us excited enough to leave the house and tackle the night. As we were driving there my Man had a realization..“Look what our lives have become.. We’re driving across town to check out the new Walmart on a Saturday night”.

Oh and what a Saturday night it was. The electronic doors parted into a sea of EVERYTHING. We hit up the Tim Hortons first so I could grab a tea for our aisle wondering. This place had everything. We grabbed toothpaste, a steamer, juice and THEN we found IT, The All Natural Organic Frozen Foods section. It was literally about 1/50th of the entire frozen foods section but we ransacked it like little kids in a candy store. See:
The Goods

That’s my Man’s foot in the background; he’s waiting to snatch a Vitamuffin.
We rented Surrogates at Blockbuster and headed home with all of our goodies. I helped my man make his Seitan Sausage but made him roll it himself. He’s a perfectionist and I knew he’d hover over me asking me too many questions and telling me what to do.
For Suppa I had to try out a new find Miracle Noodles

“Known for its health benefits for two thousand years in china and japan, shirataki is made from the root of a plant called the Konnyaku. Shirataki is made only from the soluble fibre of the plant, as such it only contains a healthy soluble finre known as glucomannan, since it is only made of soluble fibre it has zero calories”
Say what? that is some crazy s***. I had to try them. I was half expecting to open the bag and have them disintegrate into nothing, but they didn't. It did however, smell a little fishy. I was alarmed but you don't have to be, it's just the water in the bag not the noodles.
Next up you drain'em and them soak'em in hot was for 5 minutes

Ready!

The store bought Seitan, broccoli and Mushrooms.
I ate this IMMEDIATELY after supper. I was WAY too excited for my ALMOST FINISHED PB JAR:

Smart Bran, Almond Milk and PB goodness.
I can't give you guys a review on Surrogates since my Man and I both fell asleep. I woke up to the loud Main Menu music and couldn't remember the last part i'd seen. I tried to wake my Man up and tell him to come to bed but unless I was going to "carry him" (he always tries to make me do this) he wasn't coming. I tried to take Bailey with me, but she was a trader and ran away when I tried to grab her.
Fine then (is that the wrong then? possibly..), I would share THIS with either of them:

Ezekiel Muffin and Better Butter (Earth Balance)

Half a Nanner with Cashew Butter
And to be Completely honest, I continued to take a spoon to the Cashew Butter and also pulled out the Almond Butter. How does one acquire so called Self Control?
